在操作液壓扳手之前一定要檢查這些事項，然后才能操作液壓扳手。

1、檢查電動泵的作業(yè)電壓是否滿足220V；電線是否滿足4個方。

2、檢查高壓軟管有沒有出現折彎的現象，插頭插座上是否保持清潔；

3、檢查液壓油泵的油標位是否在0線以上，液壓油是否清澈透明；

4、一定要是專用液壓油，千萬不能混雜其他油。

操作過程中的注意事項：
Precautions during operation:
1、如果在取液壓扳手的過程中，出現扳手卡住取不下的情況時，應該按住按鈕不松手，并扳動快速釋放板機，然后松開按鈕，取下扳手；
1. If the spanner is stuck and cannot be removed during the process of taking out the hydraulic spanner, press and hold the button and pull the quick release plate machine, then release the button and take down the spanner;
2、如果帶有復位按鈕，液壓泵在起動之前要先按一下復位按鈕；

3、如果在試運轉的時候出現嘯叫聲，這時要把壓力調到，反復進行工作循環(huán)，直到把里面的氣體全部排完為止；

4、正常工作的溫度為10-70°。
