扭矩扳手所發(fā)出的“卡塔”是由本身內(nèi)部的扭矩釋放結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的，其結(jié)構(gòu)分為壓力彈簧、扭矩釋放關節(jié)、扭矩頂桿三結(jié)構(gòu)所組成。在扭矩扳手上設定所需扭矩值（由彈簧套在頂桿上向扭矩釋放關節(jié)施壓），鎖定扭矩扳手，開始擰緊螺栓。當螺栓達到扭矩值（當使用扭力大于彈簧的壓力）后，會產(chǎn)生瞬間脫節(jié)的效應。在產(chǎn)生脫節(jié)效應的瞬間發(fā)出關節(jié)敲擊，扳手金屬外殼所發(fā)出的“卡塔”聲。

The "jam" of torque wrench is produced by its internal torque release structure, which is composed of pressure spring, torque release joint and torque ejector. First, set the required torque value on the torque wrench (the spring sleeve presses the torque release joint on the top rod), lock the torque wrench and start to tighten the bolt. When the bolt reaches the torque value (when the applied torque is greater than the spring pressure), it will produce the effect of instantaneous disconnection. At the moment of disjointed effect, the joint knocks and the metal shell of the wrench makes a "Kata" sound.

由此來確認達到扭矩值的提醒作用（其實就象我們手臂關節(jié)成15度彎曲放在鐵管里瞬間申直后會碰到鋼管的原理一樣）。

扭力扳手也叫扭矩扳手，力矩就是力和距離的乘積，在緊固螺絲螺栓螺母等螺紋緊固件時需要控制施加的力矩大小，以保證螺紋緊固且不于因力矩過大破壞螺紋，所以用扭矩扳手來操作。

設定好一個需要的扭矩值上限，當施加的扭矩達到設定值時，扳手會發(fā)出“卡塔”聲響或者扳手連接處折彎一點角度，這就代表已經(jīng)緊固不要再加力了。
