1、初擰扳手，可用電動(dòng)扳手也可用手動(dòng)帶響扳手。但無(wú)論用哪種扳手施工前都必須進(jìn)行標(biāo)定，以便控制初擰扭距值。手動(dòng)扳手作為終擰工具時(shí)，必須每班進(jìn)行標(biāo)定，并做好標(biāo)定記錄。
1. For initial tightening, you can use electric spanner or manual spanner with ring. But no matter what kind of wrench is used, it must be calibrated before construction in order to control the initial torque value. When the manual wrench is used as the final tightening tool, it must be calibrated every shift, and the calibration record must be made.
2、終檸板手：扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓是一種自標(biāo)量型螺栓，因此終擰只須把高強(qiáng)螺栓尾部螺栓頭擰掉即可，扳手不用標(biāo)定。
2. Final wrench: torsional shear high-strength bolt is a kind of self scalar bolt, so the final screw only needs to screw off the bolt head at the tail of the high-strength bolt, and the wrench does not need to be calibrated.
3、終擰緊固時(shí)應(yīng)注意，待梅花頭全部套入套筒后，才能按下電動(dòng)扳手開(kāi)關(guān)，若內(nèi)套筒只套入梅花頭尺寸的1/3～1/2長(zhǎng)度時(shí)按下電動(dòng)扳手開(kāi)關(guān)，將會(huì)造成梅花頭打滑，并且影響套筒的使用壽命。
3. It should be noted that the electric wrench switch can only be pressed after the ring head is fully inserted into the socket. If the inner socket is only inserted into the 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 2 length of the ring head, pressing the electric wrench switch will cause the ring head to slip and affect the service life of the socket.
4、緊固時(shí)，終擰電動(dòng)扳手應(yīng)和構(gòu)件摩擦面保持垂直，扳手傾斜是很容易導(dǎo)致螺栓尾部梅花頭打滑，并易卡殼。

5、使用和保管中應(yīng)注意防雨、防潮，發(fā)現(xiàn)有異常聲音應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查。
