定扭矩電動扳手也稱為力矩扳手，是一種電動扳手，它的主要特點(diǎn)是可以設(shè)置扭矩，并且可以調(diào)節(jié)扭矩，主要用于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝行業(yè)，專門從事鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高強(qiáng)度螺栓的安裝。 高強(qiáng)度螺栓是用來連接鋼結(jié)構(gòu)接點(diǎn)的，通常以螺栓群的形式出現(xiàn)。

電動扳手是定扭矩的，因此在擰緊扳手時必須注意扳手的使用范圍，以防止螺栓被檸斷。

定扭矩電動扳手一般裝配一個螺紋件，沖擊時間為2到3秒，通常不應(yīng)超過5秒。

A.在使用定扭矩電動扳手時，要根據(jù)被測工件的要求選擇一個適中量程的扭矩扳手。測得的扭矩值不應(yīng)小于使用中量程的20％。太大的量程不適用于小扭力部品的加固，小量程的扭力器更不可以超量程使。

A. When using the constant torque electric wrench, we should first select a moderate range of torque wrench according to the requirements of the measured workpiece. The measured torque value should not be less than 20% of the range in use. Too large measuring range is not suitable for the reinforcement of small torque parts, and small measuring range can not exceed the measuring range.

B.使用定扭矩電動扳手時，將扳手的方榫連接到輔助配件，確保連接沒有問題。在加固扭力之前設(shè)置需要加固的力值，鎖好緊鎖裝置，調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向，然后在使用過程中快速連續(xù)操作5-6次，使扳手內(nèi)部組件上特殊潤滑劑能充分潤滑，從而使扭矩扳手更加精確和耐用。

C.測量時，手應(yīng)握住手柄的有效范圍，并沿垂直于扭矩扳手殼體方向緩慢施加力，直到定扭矩電動扳手發(fā)出“塔”聲，此時扭矩扳手已達(dá)到預(yù)置扭力值。工件已加力完畢，應(yīng)及時解除作用力，以免損壞其他零件。在施加力的過程中，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的儀器操作規(guī)范，垂直度的偏差不應(yīng)超過10度。在水平方向上的上下偏差不應(yīng)超過3度，并且操作人員應(yīng)確保在使用過程中上下左右施力范圍不超過15度。

C. When measuring, the hand should hold the effective range of the handle, and slowly apply the force along the direction perpendicular to the shell of the torque wrench until the constant torque electric wrench makes a "tower" sound, and the torque wrench has reached the preset torque value. After the workpiece has been loaded, the force should be released in time to avoid damaging other parts. In the process of applying force, the deviation of perpendicularity should not exceed 10 degrees according to the national standard instrument operation specification. The up and down deviation in the horizontal direction should not exceed 3 degrees, and the operator should ensure that the range of up, down, left and right force application does not exceed 15 degrees.

D.為了防止測量結(jié)果受到水平和垂直方向上的偏差的影響，在測量過程中，應(yīng)在加力把持端上施加一個垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值，然后手動施加力，以便結(jié)果更精確。

D.
