下面分三個(gè)步驟去說(shuō)明：

1、在扭力扳手上設(shè)定所需扭距值(由彈簧套在頂桿上向扭距釋放關(guān)節(jié)施壓),鎖定扭距扳手開始擰緊螺栓,當(dāng)螺栓達(dá)到扭距值后(當(dāng)使用扭力大于彈簧的壓力后)會(huì)產(chǎn)生瞬間脫節(jié)的效應(yīng).在產(chǎn)生脫節(jié)效應(yīng)的瞬間發(fā)出關(guān)節(jié)敲擊扳手金屬外殼所發(fā)出的"卡塔"聲.由此來(lái)確認(rèn)達(dá)到扭距值的提醒作用.(其實(shí)就象我們手臂關(guān)節(jié)成15度彎曲放在鐵管里瞬間申直后會(huì)碰到鋼管的原理一樣)。
