扭力扳手日常維護(hù)和注意事項(xiàng)
Routine maintenance and precautions of torque wrench
1、不使用時(shí)，請(qǐng)將扳手調(diào)到更小扭力值，并裝入指定的盒子里。
1. When not in use, please adjust the wrench to the minimum torque value and put it into the specified box.
2、除了棘輪機(jī)構(gòu)之外不要潤(rùn)滑扳手的其他地方。需要時(shí)可以滴入棘輪機(jī)構(gòu)少許的機(jī)油。
2. Do not lubricate other parts of the wrench except the ratchet mechanism. If necessary, drop a little oil into the ratchet mechanism.
3、不要用丙酮或其他去清洗扳手。用干凈的抹布蘸取少量的酒精清洗。
3. Do not use acetone or other to clean the wrench. Wash with a clean cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol.
4、不得私自拆裝扳手，不正確的拆裝會(huì)導(dǎo)致內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的受損而使儀器嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。
4. Do not disassemble the wrench without permission. Incorrect disassembly and assembly will cause damage to the internal structure and serious damage to the instrument.
5、所使用的力矩大小必須按附表1中所規(guī)定的大小使用。
5. The torque used must be as specified in Schedule 1.
6、本力矩扳手是較高檔的精密工具，必須指定專(zhuān)人使用和保管。
