現(xiàn)如今受歡迎的電動(dòng)扳手應(yīng)用在諸多領(lǐng)域，不僅是汽車，連我們的日常生活也到處都需要緊固件的使用，而的電動(dòng)扳手就需要利用它的優(yōu)勢(shì)來為我們進(jìn)行零件的加固，以防在未來的使用中發(fā)生特殊意外。那么使用電動(dòng)扳手時(shí)又該注意哪些問題？

So what are the issues to pay attention to when using an electric wrench?

一、觸電問題

1、 Electric shock problem

1.使用前應(yīng)該檢查電動(dòng)扳手的內(nèi)外零件是否完好，外殼和導(dǎo)線是否有絕緣效果，不允許有漏電現(xiàn)象；

1. Before use, check whether the internal and external parts of the electric wrench are intact, whether the shell and wires have insulation effect, and no leakage is allowed;

2.電動(dòng)扳手所規(guī)定的電壓應(yīng)該與運(yùn)用的電壓相符合，且接地裝置必須正確，不可以將插頭插錯(cuò)方向；

3.如果需要操作金屬容器，那么應(yīng)該有專人在外面進(jìn)行監(jiān)護(hù)，而且漏電保護(hù)器與電源聯(lián)接器、操控箱都應(yīng)該放在金屬容器的外面，操作人員應(yīng)該踩在絕緣板上面進(jìn)行操作，如果操作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有濕潤(rùn)的地方，那么應(yīng)該要穿戴適宜的作業(yè)服，切記佩戴絕緣手套和鞋；

3. If it is necessary to operate a metal container, there should be a dedicated person outside for supervision, and the leakage protector, power connector, and control box should be placed outside the metal container. The operator should step on the insulation board for operation. If there is a damp area on the operation site, suitable work clothes should be worn, and insulated gloves and shoes should be worn;

4.如果操作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)無電源，需要進(jìn)行延伸線纜，那么應(yīng)該使用容量足夠的線纜，并安裝在高架上，防止線纜被碾壓損壞。

4. If there is no power supply at the operation site and extension cables are required, cables with sufficient capacity should be used and installed on an elevated platform to prevent cable damage caused by crushing.

二、機(jī)械損傷

2、 Mechanical damage

1.在進(jìn)行替換扳頭時(shí)應(yīng)該將電源插頭拔開，才可進(jìn)行替換；

2.操作時(shí)應(yīng)將扳手牢靠地固定住，防止東西抖動(dòng)導(dǎo)致脫手，發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)；

3.在開機(jī)前應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)判斷旋轉(zhuǎn)的方向，用力均勻；
