1、使用范圍：漢普電動(dòng)扭剪扳手可更換內(nèi)外套筒，可用于從M12到M30的扭剪型螺栓的施工作業(yè)。

開(kāi)關(guān)操作：

Switch operation:

開(kāi)動(dòng)工具時(shí)，扣動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)柄即可，停止時(shí)松開(kāi)。

When starting the tool, simply press the switch handle and release it when stopped.

注：接通工具電源插頭之前，一定要檢查確認(rèn)開(kāi)關(guān)工作是否正常，松開(kāi)時(shí)能回到“關(guān)”的位置上。

Note: Before connecting the power plug of the tool, it is necessary to check and confirm whether the switch is working properly. When released, it can return to the "off" position.

緊固操作方法：

Tightening operation method:

1、將工具內(nèi)套筒對(duì)正螺栓的梅花頭，使梅花頭插入內(nèi)套筒，并完全蓋住梅花頭。

1. Align the inner sleeve of the tool with the plum blossom head of the bolt, insert the plum blossom head into the inner sleeve, and completely cover the plum blossom head.

注：將套筒對(duì)準(zhǔn)螺栓梅花頭時(shí)要小心，撞擊梅花頭時(shí)會(huì)使其損壞。以致不能正常插入套筒。

Note: Be careful when aligning the sleeve with the bolt's plum blossom head, as hitting the plum blossom head may damage it. So that it cannot be inserted into the sleeve properly.

2、對(duì)工具向前用力，使其向前滑動(dòng)，直到外套筒完全蓋住螺母為止。如果工具不能完全蓋住螺母，請(qǐng)輕微的左右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)同時(shí)向前用力。

2. Apply force to the tool forward and slide it forward until the outer sleeve completely covers the nut. If the tool cannot fully cover the nut, please turn it slightly left and right while applying force forward.

3、扣動(dòng)電動(dòng)扳手開(kāi)關(guān)，外套筒將旋轉(zhuǎn)，開(kāi)始擰緊螺母。當(dāng)達(dá)到設(shè)定的例句力矩時(shí)，螺栓梅花頭將在有V型口處被剪斷。螺栓梅花頭將留在內(nèi)套筒里。
