1、用戶可在50-3500N.m的范圍內(nèi)任意選擇相應(yīng)規(guī)格的電動定扭力扳手。

2、控制儀面板上有“扭矩調(diào)解旋鈕”?？逃?-10個(gè)刻度值。細(xì)調(diào)旋鈕的作用是在粗調(diào)兩檔之間進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)補(bǔ)償，以提高扭矩控制精度。（見后頁）

2. There is a "torque adjustment knob" on the panel of the controller. It is engraved with 0-10 scale values. The function of fine adjustment knob is to adjust and compensate between two gears of rough adjustment, so as to improve the precision of torque control. (see following page)

3、調(diào)節(jié)方法：國產(chǎn)品出廠時(shí)帶有扭矩測試數(shù)據(jù)卡片，供用戶標(biāo)定時(shí)參考，用戶可根據(jù)所需扭矩選擇某一刻度值，按擰緊螺栓的操作方法，擰緊螺栓，用測力扳手或其它測力儀器測出螺栓的實(shí)際扭矩值，若扭矩相差較小，可用細(xì)調(diào)加以補(bǔ)償，若相差較大，可將粗調(diào)向上或向下調(diào)一檔，反復(fù)幾次即可獲得所需扭矩值。

3. Adjustment method: domestic products are provided with torque test data card when they leave the factory for reference when users calibrate. Users can select a certain scale value according to the required torque, tighten the bolts according to the operation method of tightening bolts, and measure the actual torque value of bolts with force measuring wrench or other force measuring instruments. 操作注意事項(xiàng)：

Operation precautions:

1、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標(biāo)定扭矩值，而且使用一段時(shí)間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校定。

1. The size of the bolt diameter has a certain impact on the control accuracy. In construction, the same type of bolt connection pair is used to calibrate the torque value, and the inspection and calibration should be carried out after a period of use.

2、工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。

2. Start the machine for 3-5 minutes before operation. In case of large spark, abnormal sound and unstable torque of the motor during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and do not work with diseases.

3、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次清洗加油，以延長使用壽命。

4、主機(jī)上的電源開關(guān)，碳刷，控制儀上的保險(xiǎn)絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時(shí)更換。

4. The power switch, carbon brush and fuse on the controller are all vulnerable parts, which are easy to cause failure. They should be checked frequently and replaced in time.

5、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固。

6、搬運(yùn)工具時(shí)不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時(shí)應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存放在一起。

6. When handling tools, do not pull the cable, and pay attention to handle with care to prevent vibration and collision. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. In case of damp, dry it in time. Do not contact or store with acid, alkali and other harmful substances.
