Inspection, test and maintenance
1、電動扳手的金屬外殼應可靠接地，其外殼應有定期檢驗試驗合格證，并在有效期限內(nèi)。
1. The metal shell of electric wrench shall be reliably grounded, and its shell shall be provided with regular inspection and test certificate, which shall be within the validity period.
2、檢查電動扳手機身安裝螺釘緊固情況，若發(fā)現(xiàn)螺釘松了，應立即重新扭緊，否則會導致電動扳手故障。
2. Check the tightening condition of the mounting screw of the electric wrench body. If the screw is loose, re tighten it immediately, otherwise the electric wrench will fail.
3、檢查手持電動扳手兩側手柄完好，不開裂可破損，安裝牢固。
3. Check that the handles on both sides of the hand-held electric wrench are in good condition, not cracked or damaged, and firmly installed.
電動扳手操作注意事項
Precautions for operation of electric wrench
1、確認現(xiàn)場所接電源與電動扳手銘牌是否相符。是否接有漏電保護器。
1. Confirm whether the power supply connected on site is consistent with the name plate of electric wrench. Whether it is connected with leakage protector.
2、根據(jù)螺帽大小選擇匹配的套筒，并妥善安裝。
2. Select the matching sleeve according to the nut size and install it properly.
3、在送電前確認電動扳手上開關斷開狀態(tài)，否則插頭插入電源插座時電動扳手將出其不意地立刻轉動，從而可能招致人員傷害危險。
3. Before power transmission, make sure that the switch on the electric wrench is disconnected, otherwise when the plug is inserted into the power socket, the electric wrench will turn unexpectedly immediately, which may cause personal injury.
4、若作業(yè)場所在遠離電源的地點，需延伸線纜時，應使用容量足夠，安裝合格的延伸線纜。延伸線纜如通過人行過道應高架或做好防止線纜被碾壓損壞的措施。
4. If the workplace is far away from the power supply and the cable needs to be extended, the cable with sufficient capacity and qualified installation shall be used. If the extension cable passes through the pedestrian aisle, it shall be elevated or measures shall be taken to prevent the cable from being damaged by rolling.
5、盡可能在使用時找好反向力距支靠點，以防反作用力傷人。
5. Try to find the support point of the reverse force distance when using, so as to prevent the reaction force from hurting people.
6、使用時發(fā)現(xiàn)電動機碳火花異常時，應立即停止工作，進行檢查處理，排除故障。此外碳刷必須保持清潔干凈。
6. When the carbon spark of the motor is abnormal, it should stop working immediately, check and deal with it, and eliminate the fault. In addition, carbon brushes must be kept clean.
7、站在梯子上工作或高處作業(yè)應做好高處墜落措施，梯子應有地面人員扶持。
