扭力扳手是一種精 密控制螺栓和螺母鎖緊力矩的專用工具，應(yīng)按照下列要求正確使用:

1、不能使用預(yù)置式扭力扳手去拆卸螺栓或螺母。
1. Do not use a preset torque wrench to remove bolts or nuts.
2、嚴禁在扭力扳手尾端加接套管延長力臂，以防損壞扭力扳手。
2. It is forbidden to add a sleeve at the end of the torque wrench to extend the force arm to prevent damage to the torque wrench.
3、根據(jù)需要調(diào)節(jié)所需的扭矩，并確認調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)處于鎖定狀態(tài)才可使用。

4、使用扭力扳手時，應(yīng)平衡緩慢地加載，切不可猛拉猛壓，以免造成過載，導(dǎo)致輸出扭矩失準。在達到預(yù)置扭矩后，應(yīng)停止加載力量。

5、預(yù)置式扭力扳手使用完畢，應(yīng)將其調(diào)小扭矩，使測力彈簧充分放松，以延長其壽命。

6、應(yīng)避免水分侵入預(yù)置式扭力扳手，以防零件銹蝕。

7、所選用的扭力扳手的開口尺寸必須與螺栓或螺母的尺寸相符合，扳手開口過大易滑脫并損傷螺件的六角，各類扳手的選用原則，一般優(yōu)先選用套筒扳手，其次為梅花扳手，再次為開口扳手，選活動扳手。

8、為防止扳手損壞和滑脫，應(yīng)使拉力作用在開口較厚的一邊，這一點對受力較大的活動扳手尤其應(yīng)該注意，以防開口出現(xiàn)“八”字形，損壞螺母和扳手。
