依據(jù)扭矩M與預(yù)拉力成正比的閉系,先用一般扳手將螺帽發(fā)端擰緊,而后采取可顯現(xiàn)扭矩值的扳手?jǐn)Q決定的扭矩值。

依據(jù)板層間密切交觸后,高強(qiáng)度螺栓的轉(zhuǎn)化角度與螺栓的預(yù)拉力成正比閉系決定的一種方式。緊固時(shí),先用短扳手將螺帽擰沒有轉(zhuǎn)化的位子,而后再用長(zhǎng)扳手將螺帽擰決定位子,以到達(dá)預(yù)拉力。

When tightening, first screw the nut to the position without conversion with a short wrench, and then screw the nut to the decision position with a long wrench to reach the pre tension.

3、擰斷螺栓尾部

用于扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓,此螺栓有一特制的尾部。緊固時(shí),用扳手套住螺栓和螺栓尾部,一個(gè)套筒正轉(zhuǎn),另一個(gè)套筒回轉(zhuǎn),在螺帽擰緊到必定水平時(shí),螺栓尾部擰斷。因?yàn)槁菟ㄎ膊康牟劭谏疃仁前磾Q斷扭矩和預(yù)緊拉力之間的閉系決定的,所以擰斷時(shí)便到達(dá)相應(yīng)的預(yù)拉力值。
