在使用前，應(yīng)先檢查電動扭矩扳手的以下問題：

不要將電動工具暴露于雨水中，不要在潮濕和多雨的場所使用電動工具。保持工作區(qū)域良好的照明。

不要在有引起火災(zāi)或者爆炸等風(fēng)險的地方使用電動工具。

不要讓參觀者觸摸工具和延伸線。應(yīng)該禁止閑人進(jìn)入工作場所。
Do not let visitors touch tools and extension lines. People without permission should be prohibited from entering the workplace.
不要強迫小型的工具和附屬品去完成一個重型工具的工作。不要用工具完成預(yù)期外的目的。
Don't force small tools and accessories to complete the work of a heavy tool. Do not use tools to accomplish unexpected purposes.
絕不要通過絕緣電線移動工具或者猛拉使其脫離機器主體，使絕緣電線遠(yuǎn)離熱源，油污和鋒利的邊緣。
Never use insulated wires to move tools or pull them away from the main body of the machine to keep insulated wires away from heat sources, oil stains and sharp edges.
保養(yǎng)和檢修
Maintenance and repair
碳刷的長度應(yīng)大于7毫米。如果碳刷短于7毫米，應(yīng)更換碳刷。碳刷是這樣設(shè)計的，低于7毫米不能再操作扳手，防止電機等的損壞。
The length of carbon brush shall be greater than 7 mm. If the carbon brush is shorter than 7 mm, replace the carbon brush. The carbon brush is designed in such a way that no wrench can be operated below 7 mm to prevent damage to the motor.
電動扭矩扳手使用過后將扳手放入工具箱，保存在干燥的地方。
Put the electric torque wrench into the tool box after use and keep it in a dry place.
