大六角頭高強(qiáng)度螺栓用扭力扳手安裝。扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓在安裝過程中通過尾部的梅花頭控制，利用扭矩的反力將螺栓逆向旋緊，直到螺栓的直齒狀尾端破斷為止。

During the installation process of torsional shear type high-strength bolts, they are controlled by the plum blossom head at the tail, and the reverse force of the torque is used to tighten the bolts in reverse until the straight toothed tail end of the bolts is broken.

大六角高強(qiáng)度螺栓的扭矩是由施工工具來控制，而扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓屬于自標(biāo)量型螺栓，其施工緊固扭矩是由螺桿與螺栓尾部梅花頭之間的切口直徑?jīng)Q定，即靠其扭斷力矩來控制，施工時(shí)要采用專用電動扳手。

The torque of large hexagonal high-strength bolts is controlled by construction tools, while torsion shear high-strength bolts belong to self scalar bolts. The construction tightening torque is determined by the diameter of the incision between the screw and the end of the bolt's plum blossom head, which is controlled by its breaking torque. Special electric wrenches should be used during construction.

總的來說，大六角高強(qiáng)螺栓屬于普通螺絲的高強(qiáng)度級，而扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓則是大六角高強(qiáng)螺栓的改進(jìn)型，雖然是同一種螺栓，但是在一些細(xì)微方面還是有很大不同的。兩者相比，扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓更具有施工方便，檢查直觀，受力良好，保證質(zhì)量等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程上絕大部分都采用這種形式。

Overall, large hexagonal high-strength bolts belong to the high-strength grade of ordinary screws, while torsional shear high-strength bolts are an improved version of large hexagonal high-strength bolts. Although they are the same type of bolt, there are still significant differences in some subtle aspects. Compared to the two, torsion shear high-strength bolts have the advantages of convenient construction, intuitive inspection, good stress, and quality assurance, and are mostly used in high-rise steel structure engineering.
