1、高強(qiáng)螺栓的緊固須分為兩次進(jìn)行，次為初擰，初擰緊固到螺栓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸力(即預(yù)拉力)的60%-80%，初擰的扭矩值不得小于終擰扭矩值的30%，第二次緊固為終擰，為使螺栓群中所有螺栓均勻受力，初擰、終擰都應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照緊固順序操作，按“米”字型對稱操作。

4、假設(shè)緊固螺栓的力矩或預(yù)緊力很準(zhǔn)，但由于外力，溫度變化、振動等因素，一段時間后的預(yù)緊力仍會變化，仍須校核。
